Responsibilities

Lead components of operational projects by developing plans, monitoring progress, and removing barriers to timely delivery

Analyze processes, identify improvement opportunities, and deliver data-driven recommendations that enhance quality, efficiency, and customer experience

Build dashboards, scorecards, and metrics that provide actionable insights and inform decision-making

Participate in structured learning, mentorship, and leadership development opportunities to strengthen communication, business acumen, and problem-solving

Engage in OLDP program activities including workgroup participation, offsite events, and cross-functional collaboration

Qualification

Required

Enrolled in a bachelor's program with at least 3 years completed

Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving abilities

Demonstrated leadership experience (e.g., student organizations, athletics, community involvement)

Ability to prioritize, manage multiple tasks, and work effectively in a dynamic environment

Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Ability to relocate to Bloomfield, CT for the 10-week internship

Preferred

Majors in Business, Operations, Supply Chain, Logistics, Healthcare Administration, or related fields

3.0+ GPA

Interest in process improvement and project management

Positive, motivated, and growth-oriented mindset
