The Senior Structures Engineer will be responsible for owning spacecraft primary and secondary structures, taking them from concept through flight and reflight while working closely with technical leadership in a fast-moving environment.

Design and analyse lightweight metallic and composite structures
Own vehicle layout, interfaces, and structural trade studies
Deliver FEM for launch provider and vehicle-level analysis
Support integration, test, GSE design, and qualification
Define test requirements for qualification and acceptance
Work directly with vendors, partners, and stakeholders
Qualification
Required
8+ years in spacecraft, launch, or re-entry structures
Proven ownership of flight hardware from concept to delivery
Strong FEA capability (static, dynamic, transient)
Hands-on build, integration, and test experience
Excellent fundamentals in structures, materials, and manufacturing
Confident with GD&T and 3D CAD (NX preferred)
