Responsibilities
Support the design and execution of multi-channel CRM programs, journeys, and automated campaigns across email and digital channels
Build, deploy, and manage marketing campaigns in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, ensuring proper tracking, segmentation, and reporting
Maintain and optimize CRM data hygiene, enrichment, and compliance in partnership with Salesforce teams and third-party vendors
Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure data flows accurately between systems, supporting seamless campaign execution and reporting
Implement tools, automations, and workflows that enhance marketing performance, scalability, and personalization
Monitor campaign performance, analyze results, and build reports highlighting progress toward key marketing operations goals
Support improvements to campaign management, data management, and reporting processes to enable insight-driven decision making
Manage the full lifecycle of digital marketing projects, coordinating timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communication
Assist with onboarding and integrating new marketing technologies into the organization’s martech stack
Ensure all CRM and marketing activities follow data privacy regulations and organizational compliance standards
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree required; preference for business, marketing, engineering, or related technical fields
2–4 years of experience in CRM, digital marketing, campaign strategy, or marketing operations
Hands-on experience with email development, template management (HTML/CSS), and digital campaign execution
Proven experience with marketing automation tools such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Marketo, or HubSpot
Strong working knowledge of CRM best practices, data-driven marketing, segmentation, and personalization
Proficiency with Salesforce CRM and Marketing Cloud; understanding of journey building, triggers, and automations
Strong project management capabilities with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication and presentation skills; able to work effectively across technical and non-technical teams
Comfortable with data governance, compliance, and data security best practices
Self-starter with high energy, strong decision-making skills, and a positive, collaborative working style
Preferred
Experience in healthcare or other highly regulated industries preferred
