Responsibilities

Lead program planning, governance, and stakeholder management for large Oracle Cloud transformation initiatives

Develop and manage comprehensive program plans including scope, budget, timelines, and resource allocation

Act as the primary point of escalation for clients, ensuring timely resolution of risks, dependencies, and conflicts across teams

Ensure adherence to organizational policies, compliance standards, and Oracle best practices throughout the program lifecycle

Reporting on the overall progress, creating and maintaining project plans

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align deliverables, manage reporting, and maintain transparency with leadership and stakeholders
