Responsibilities

Reporting & Analysis: Prepare accurate daily, weekly, and monthly business performance reports, identifying trends and insights

Sales Analytics: Analyze sales data to identify opportunities and recommend strategic optimizations

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with various teams (Sales, Marketing, Finance, Product) to provide tailored analytical solutions

Data Management: Maintain accurate, high-quality data sets and reports

Process Improvement: Identify and implement process enhancements and automation

Ad-Hoc Analysis: Provide responsive analytics, dashboards, and specialized reports as needed

Data Visualization: Clearly communicate findings through visuals and concise presentations to senior leadership

Required

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Analytics, AND/OR

1-3 year(s) experience in business analytics, operations analysis, or related field

Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel

Familiarity with SQL and database concepts

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and logical reasoning skills

Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities

Proactive, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively

Preferred

Experience with Shopify or other e-commerce platforms is a plus
