Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day accounting functions (AR, AP, payroll)
Prepare and analyze financial reports
Reconcile bank statements and cash receipts
Process invoices, commission checks, and client payments
Administer month-end and year-end close processes
Collaborate with Account Managers and Producers to resolve payment issues
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or related field
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred
Previous accounting experience preferred
