Responsibilities
Support our customers taking inbound calls while preparing for a future as the official face of Fidelity in our Investor Centers
Become a FINRA Registered Representative by studying for and obtaining your SIE, Series 7 Top Off and Series 66 licenses
Spend four days a week working from home and one day a week in an Investor Center, where you’ll support customers with increasing complexity to develop and hone your skills
Gain confidence and develop proficiency serving customers as you join the wealth management development track and build advanced skills
Qualification
Required

Experience in customer service (phone or in-person) and an ability to thrive face to face with clients in a fast-paced environment
