They are seeking an Analyst II to serve as the District’s IT Liaison and Facilities Coordinator, responsible for performing complex analytical and administrative duties to support business operations, improve efficiency, and provide consultative services to management.

Function as the District’s IT Liaison and Facilities Coordinator within the Division's Long Beach Office (Southern District)
Perform a variety of complex analytical and administrative duties in support of the district’s business operations
Identify and analyze processes to improve the operating efficiency and effectiveness including program evaluation and planning
Data analysis and report formulation
Process development
Project management
Consultative services to Management
Demonstrate a high degree of independence, initiative, critical thinking, and creativity
Qualification
Required

Perform a variety of complex analytical and administrative duties in support of the district's business operations

Conduct data analysis and report formulation
Develop processes and manage projects
Provide consultative services to Management
Submit a current version of the State Examination/Employment Application STD Form 678
Include a resume with the application
Provide a Statement of Qualifications - SOQ that is an electronic MS Word or pdf file, no more than two pages, 1.5 spaced, in Arial font, size 11
Provide unofficial transcripts if using education to meet the minimum qualifications
Submit applications and all required documents by the Final Filing Date
