Responsibilities
Provide day-to-day technical support for the Aras Innovator platform
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with C# and JavaScript Methods
Assist with system migrations, upgrades, testing, and other tasks as needed
Act as a point of contact between end-users and system administrators
Notify end users and management of system downtime, updates, and feature implementations
Develop and provide user training on Aras Innovator functionalities, workflows, and best practices
Create and maintain technical documentation as needed
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree
Preferred
Bachelors degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
Hands-on experience with the Aras Innovator platform
Programming proficiency in C#, JavaScript, and SQL
Familiarity with IT Ticketing systems for issue tracking and documentation
