Responsibilities
Coordinating enrichment activities for elementary-aged children
Supervising Group Leaders and Assistant Group Leaders
Maintaining accurate and organized records for all children in program
Facilitating monthly staff meetings
Overseeing a summer program in an administrator role
Working with Recreation department staff to provide additional programming and events outside of the Fun Club and summer programs
Assisting in the design of marketing materials and campaigns
Qualification
Required
Must be 20 years old at the time of hire
Minimum of one (1) year of childcare experience
Six (6) months of experience working with school age children
High school diploma or equivalent
Current First Aid and CPR certifications
Strong attention to detail
Leadership skills
High level of confidentiality
Preferred
Associate's Degree in Child Development, Early Childhood Education, Recreation Management or similar
