Responsibilities
Manage an active caseload of Lemon Law matters from intake through resolution
Evaluate claims, analyze repair orders, and determine case viability
Conduct client consultations and maintain consistent communication throughout the case lifecycle
Draft and respond to pleadings, discovery, and settlement demands
Negotiate settlements directly with manufacturers and defense counsel
Prepare cases for trial when necessary, including attending hearings, mediations, and depositions
Maintain organized case files and ensure deadlines are met in a fast-paced environment
Collaborate with support staff and senior attorneys to ensure efficient case progression
Qualification
Required
J.D. from an accredited law school
Active member in good standing with the State Bar of CA
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and efficiently manage a high-volume docket
Excellent negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
Strong attention to detail and a client-first mindset
Preferred
Prior Lemon Law or consumer warranty experience
1-5+ years of legal experience; lemon law, consumer protection, or plaintiff litigation preferred
