Responsibilities

Provide real estate services and transactional support for clients
Prospect for new business and to generate new business meetings
Learn the intricacies of the Denver real estate market as well as markets nationally
Become knowledgeable on Savills services
Establish and maintain database for tracking prospects in CRM
Conduct web-based research of prospects
Make prospecting phone calls to potential clients
Engage with industry, professional and charitable associations to build relationships
Develop sales strategies and follow-up materials
Other tasks and responsibilities as assigned

Qualification

Required

Bachelor's Degree required
Strong personal initiative and desire to succeed in a demanding, entrepreneurial environment
Ability to multi-task effectively, organize, prioritize and meet deadlines
Ability to work well individually and in a collaborative team environment
High level of excellence in both written and verbal communication, with exceptional attention to detail
Consistently demonstrate a high level of performance and professionalism with a positive perspective
Colorado real estate license or willingness to obtain within 90-days of being hired
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint

Preferred

Two to five years related work experience preferred (in sales or real estate)
