Mitsubishi Logisnext Americas Inc. is seeking a Solution Consultant responsible for integrating automated solutions into customer facilities. This role involves collaborating with various teams to develop AGV solutions tailored to customer needs and managing the technical development process during the sales phase.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with sales, marketing, project management, and engineering teams to identify customer needs and develop innovative solutions that meet or exceed their expectations

Responsible for logistics planning and calculation of automated guided vehicle (AGV) systems

Manage the entire technical solution development process during the sales phase, including conceptualization, design, and documentation

Contribute to the development of standard tools and processes used within the team

Ensure solutions are delivered within the deadlines set by our customers

In coordination with sales and operations, maintain relationships with development teams of our suppliers, key customers, and partners

Create solution specifications (technical and design aspects)

Communicate the technical design to the project manager and the implementation team

Required

Bachelor's degree in engineering or related technical discipline

3+ years of experience in solution development or application engineering or system engineering, preferably in the automation industry

Strong technical background with exposure to automation, robotics, and control systems
