Support testing, demos, and release activities
Collaborate with PM and developers throughout the delivery cycle
Qualification
Required
5+ years Salesforce BA experience
Hands-on Salesforce configuration/Admin skills
Strong understanding of CRM workflows and reporting
Experience in Agile teams
Business Analysis & Requirements Gathering: 7 years (Required)
Salesforce BA: 5 years (Required)
Preferred
Salesforce BA or Admin certification preferred
