Responsibilities

Employs a range of human-centered, accessible design techniques, such as conceptual models, personas, user flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes, to determine and convey design decisions
Optimizes experience architecture to promote findability and usability, while accommodating technical and business needs/constraints
Reviews artifacts and deliverables from peers to ensure they accurately represent or improve upon the layout, design and interaction patterns

Qualification

Product design experienceFigma proficiencyResponsive web designDesign system knowledgeHuman-centered designPrototyping skills

Required

5+ years of experience in product design with a focus on customer-facing experiences
Proficiency with Figma and prototyping skills are a must

Preferred

A background in designing responsive web and native platforms if preferable
Knowledge/background of working with brand standards and a design system is a huge plus
