Responsibilities

Partner with a Senior Instructional Designer to support learning strategy and experience design across multiple workstreams

Contribute to defined portions of instructional design, including learning activities, content flow, assessments, and supporting materials

Own the development of learning deliverables, including: eLearning modules in Rise, video-based learning using Synthesia, slide decks in PowerPoint, facilitator guides, job aids, and learner materials in Word

Translate design direction, outlines, and storyboards into polished, learner-ready assets

Apply established templates, standards, and feedback consistently across deliverables

Manage work independently, balancing priorities across projects while meeting agreed-upon timelines

Required

10+ years of experience as an Instructional Designer

Strong hands-on experience building learning content in: Rise (required), PowerPoint and Word (required), Synthesia or similar video / AI tools (required)

Solid grounding in adult learning principles and instructional design best practices

High attention to detail and strong production quality

Comfortable working in a collaborative, fast-moving, consulting-style environment

Able to take direction, communicate clearly, and execute with minimal oversight
