Responsibilities
Partner with hiring managers/leaders to understand their recruiting needs to create and execute an effective recruiting strategy
Review the job description carefully to have complete clarity and understanding of the need/expectation
Create and manage job postings on different platforms. Review applications to evaluate if they meet the requirements of various positions
Work with the recruitment team to source, screen, and recruit candidates by using job portals, databases, social media, day-to-day activities, etc., and provide a quality experience for the candidate in the end-to-end hiring process
Research and develop creative sourcing strategies to seek out and engage passive talent
Conducting video interviews and negotiating rates
Qualification
Required
3 years of experience as a Recruiter
Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Google Sheets, and OneDrive
Native or bilingual in English
Ability to engage with candidates professionally through phone or video calls
Candidate screening skills
Comfortable with a fast-paced environment
Preferred
Experience in the Linguistics Industry
