Updating employee profile documents
Review reports and identify outliers in data
Compile HR metrics and prepare basic reports
Ensure confidentiality and accuracy of employee information
Support the HR team on additional projects
Qualification
Required
Ability to work 5 - 10 hours per week
Experience with HRIS systems
Strong attention to detail
Ability to ensure confidentiality and accuracy of employee information
Basic understanding of HR metrics and reporting
Willingness to support the HR team on additional projects
