Responsibilities

Manage the monthly close process and prepare financial statements

Reconcile general ledger accounts for residential properties

Review daily banking activity and perform bank reconciliations (including security deposits)

Record wires, debt service payments, and escrow/reserve activity

Prepare year-end journal entries and audit/tax workpapers

Support property tax compliance (NYC RPIE filings, tax petitions)

Assist with ad hoc accounting projects

Required

Residential property accounting experience

Hands-on Yardi experience

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance

3–5 years of residential property accounting experience

Strong Yardi proficiency
