Responsibilities

Architect and build the early foundations of our core product and infrastructure

Ship end-to-end features across the stack, balancing speed, scope, and user experience

Build agentic systems, exploring techniques such as agentic search, model mixing, context engineering, and multi-agent orchestration

Write robust code that is efficient, maintainable, and well-tested and strengthen our engineering processes through rigorous evals and observability

Act as a technical leader across the organization, mentoring top talent and helping define our technical vision and engineering culture as we scale

Required

3 - 5 years of experience in fullstack or product engineering at top tech companies (VC- backed or FAANG)

Has 0 - > 1 experience building something meaningful and technically challenging

Proficient across the stack (Python, and React/TypeScript)

Strong back-end (AWS, Terraform, Kubernetes, Docker)

Applied AI/ML engineering and research experience

Preferred

Care about solving meaningful scientific challenges and disrupting the industry, not just building another SaaS tool

Have shipped 0-to-1 products at a startup, applied AI lab, or other high-growth environments before

Consider yourself a product-first engineer - you start from the user problem, not the technology, and make smart technical tradeoffs to deliver impact fast

Are deeply knowledgeable about modern cloud infrastructure systems, especially AWS, Terraform, and Kubernetes

Love to learn, bias toward action, and enjoy taking full ownership of problems end-to-end

Thrive in fast-paced, unstructured environments with evolving requirements

Already use AI tools daily and think critically about how to push their limits
