Responsibilities
Build and activate relationships with franchise sales brokers
Proactively present the 911 Restoration franchise opportunity to top broker candidates
Manage the full franchise sales pipeline in HubSpot
Conduct discovery calls, presentations, and qualification sessions
Guide candidates through:
FDD review
Validation
Discovery
Franchise awarding
Ensure strong cultural, financial, and operational alignment
Collaborate with leadership, marketing, and operations to improve conversion
Represent the brand with professionalism and integrity at all times
Qualification
Required
3-5 years of franchise sales experience
Proven track record closing franchise deals (broker-driven experience required)
Existing relationships within the franchise broker community
Strong understanding of FDDs, franchise compliance, and validation
Hunter mentality — proactive, creative, and relationship-driven
Excellent communicator and presenter
Preferred
Experienced in CRM pipeline management (HubSpot preferred)
