Responsibilities
Provide senior level technical leadership on groundwater and water supply projects
Design and review groundwater supply investigations and aquifer testing programs
Support groundwater flow modeling efforts including MODFLOW
Provide technical oversight of drilling programs in unconsolidated and bedrock formations
Support water allocation permitting and regulatory coordination
Review hydrogeologic data and technical reports
Provide mentoring and technical guidance to staff
Support proposal development and client communication as needed
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Geology, Hydrogeology, or related field
Professional Geologist license or equivalent
Minimum 10 years of hydrogeology and groundwater experience
Strong background in water supply development and aquifer testing
Experience with groundwater modeling and interpretation
Ability to work independently and provide senior level judgment
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Preferred
Municipal and industrial water supply projects
Aquifer Storage and Recovery projects
PFAS and groundwater quality evaluations
Regulatory permitting and agency coordination
Technical mentoring and training
