Inbound Sales Development Representative

The Inbound Sales Development Representative will manage inbound leads, conduct discovery conversations, and schedule meetings for the sales team, playing a critical role in converting interest into pipeline.

Responsibilities
Respond quickly to inbound inquiries and conduct timely outreach to engage prospects
Conduct discovery calls and reverse demos to understand agency pain points and needs
Qualify leads and schedule qualified meetings and demos for Account Executives with detailed briefing notes
Build rapport and nurture leads through thoughtful follow-up
Maintain accurate records in CRM and track conversion metrics
Partner with Account Executives and marketing to refine processes and improve lead quality
Qualification
Required
2-4 years of experience in sales
Track record of meeting or exceeding activity and conversion targets
Excellent verbal and written communication with ability to build rapport quickly
Organized and disciplined with ability to manage multiple leads simultaneously
Coachable, competitive, and motivated to exceed targets
Comfortable in a fast-paced startup environment with evolving processes
Based in Greenville, SC
Preferred
Public safety experience is a plus, but not required
