Responsibilities

Serve as the single point of contact for assigned projects, ensuring alignment and accountability

Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables

Develop detailed work plans, schedules, estimates, resource plans, and status reports

Conduct project meetings and manage tracking, analysis, and reporting

Ensure adherence to quality standards and review all project deliverables

Oversee vendor integration, manage tasks, and review vendor deliverables

Required

Proven experience managing complex IT projects from initiation to completion

Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools

Demonstrated ability to adapt and innovate beyond traditional approaches

Preferred

Experience with vendor management and integration

Advanced proficiency in project management software

PMP or equivalent project management certification

Background in managing both internal and external client projects
