Responsibilities
Work extensively in an onsite lab environment performing assessments
Execute assessments using different assays and tissue samples
Generate results that support creation of design inputs for a new system
Plan and execute assigned projects using technical and theoretical knowledge
Perform data analysis, evaluate results, and form conclusions
Provide and implement process or document improvements
Contribute to experimental design
Ensure quality control of work product
Present technical findings clearly and effectively
Collaborate cross-functionally with a proactive, self-starting approach
Qualification
Required
2–5 years of relevant experience
Systems characterization protocols experience
Design of experiments experience
Test method validation experience
Proven ability to write and execute lab and engineering testing protocols
Skilled in project planning and process updating
Strong technical presentation skills
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Motivated, hands-on, highly coachable
Strong capacity for innovation, creativity, and process optimization
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Biomedical, Chemical, or Mechanical Engineering
