The role involves front line communication with borrowers and assisting throughout the mortgage process until the file funds.

Assist the Mortgage Loan Officer in communication with borrowers, and gathering of third party documentation
LOA will assist the LO in contacting the borrower through phone, text, email
They have front line communication with borrowers
Heaviest amount of work with the file is completed in the first 3 statuses
LOA will still be tagged in the file and cc’d in all emails until the file funds
May need to hop in and assist further down the process of the file if asked to do so
Gathering all borrower documentation, (paystubs, tax returns, mortgage statements etc)
