Responsibilities

Manage all aspects of branch operations, ensuring branches deliver exceptional patient care and meet organizational goals

Lead initiatives in hiring, onboarding, coaching, professional development, performance management, and retention in order to maintain an effective and motivated team

Establish and manage budgets, monitor performance, and achieve financial goals

Act as a key liaison to internal and external stakeholders including staff, leadership, governing board, referral sources, state policymakers, professional advisory groups, clients, families, and other community partners

Ensure client services meet the highest standards and align with clinical best practices

Represent the organization through community education, marketing, and participation in service-related activities
