Kelly is seeking a reliable and customer-focused Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join a collaborative onsite team in Telford, PA. This role primarily supports customers via email and is responsible for order processing, customer communication, and providing administrative support in a fast-paced industrial environment.

Responsibilities

Receive and process customer orders and quote requests
Respond to customer inquiries regarding orders, shipments, pricing, and product availability
Provide excellent customer service via email and phone
Identify cross-sell and up-sell opportunities
Handle customer complaints professionally and route issues appropriately
Act as primary contact for Return Goods Authorizations (RGAs), credit memos, and quality-related orders
Coordinate with Scheduling, Shipping, Purchasing, Sales, Engineering, and Production teams
Maintain accurate records in CRM (Salesforce) and internal systems
Support Inside Sales, Application Engineers, Product Specialists, and Sales Managers
Proactively resolve customer, product, and pricing issues
Perform additional duties as assigned

Required

Applicants MUST have prior experience as a Customer Service Representative (CSR)
This is a fully onsite role — no work-from-home now or in the future
High School Diploma required
3+ years of Sales Support, Customer Service or Inside Sales experience required
Industrial or manufacturing environment experience
Strong computer skills, including: Microsoft Office (Excel reporting required)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growing organization
Proven ability to collaborate across departments
Customer service and service orientation
Active listening and clear communication
Critical thinking and problem-solving
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently
