Responsibilities
Build and evolve automation frameworks that eliminate manual processes and improve operational efficiency
Collaborate with platform and observability teams to surface meaningful health and performance signals across applications and infrastructure
Contribute to a culture of shared ownership, knowledge transfer, and engineering best practices
Enable consistent, production-ready deployments through CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure as code using Terraform
Develop operational tooling and runbooks using Python to support deployment, maintenance, and incident response workflows
Operate and support containerized environments and associated cloud-native services
Define and improve reliability targets using SLOs, error budgets, and availability metrics tied to business outcomes
Enhance monitoring and alerting capabilities leveraging platforms such as Dynatrace and CloudWatch
Serve as a technical lead during high-severity incidents, ensuring clear communication and driving long-term corrective actions
Facilitate post-incident reviews focused on learning, prevention, and system improvement
Provide input into architectural decisions with an emphasis on reliability, scalability, and operational sustainability
Qualification
Required
Hands-on experience with modern DevOps and delivery tooling, including GitHub, Harness, and observability platforms
Proven ability to design and implement automated remediation and resiliency patterns
Strong background in infrastructure as code, particularly Terraform in AWS environments
Proficiency in Python for automation and operational tooling
Working knowledge of monitoring and logging stacks such as Prometheus, Grafana, and centralized log platforms
Deep experience operating container platforms, including Kubernetes and EKS
Solid understanding of public cloud services across AWS, with exposure to GCP or Azure a plus
Strong communication skills with the ability to partner effectively across technical and non-technical teams
