Responsibilities

Assist with contracts, investment guidelines, and operational procedures for institutional accounts and financial intermediaries
Execute contract administration functions for clients, vendors, and external counterparties
Prepare comprehensive materials for board of directors and shareholder meetings
Draft mutual and private fund supplements, registration statements, and related legal documentation
Support corporate transactions and facilitate regulatory matters for non-US offices and distribution partners
Liaise with external service providers to ensure all regulatory filings and requirements are met
Coordinate and provide administrative support for various strategic corporate initiatives
Deliver high-level paralegal/legal specialist assistance and project support to internal lawyers as needed

Required

B.A. degree with 8+ years of experience in-house at a financial services firm or a law firm
Proficiency in drafting and reviewing offering documents and similar disclosure materials
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, including strong experience proofreading
Proven ability to work directly with clients, external parties, and cross-functional business units
Self-motivated professional capable of working independently while maintaining a collaborative team spirit
