Vitality Medical is a well-established, growing e-commerce company in the medical supply industry. They are currently looking for a Customer Service Generalist who is passionate about helping people and solving problems, to handle customer inquiries and ensure a positive customer experience.

Responsibilities
Handle customer orders after they have already been placed that have issues
Respond to customer inquiries
Troubleshoot order issues
Work to resolve concerns in a timely and professional manner
Uploading and managing prescriptions
Assisting with reports or special projects as needed
Work closely with a collaborative team of Customer Service Representatives to ensure a positive customer experience
Qualification
Required
Dependable and empathetic
Enjoys working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to actively listen and understand customer needs
Solid problem-solving abilities
Comfortable navigating multiple computer applications
Ability to document interactions accurately
Regular and predictable attendance is essential
Able to type at least 30 words per minute
High school diploma or equivalent
Prior experience using Microsoft Office products
At least six months of customer service experience in a retail, hospitality, restaurant, or similar environment
