Responsibilities

Serve as a dedicated Video Bridge Operator supporting high-visibility incidents

Support AV/UC software and equipment including Crestron, Zoom, Polycom, and Windows 10

Coordinate with event and executive support teams for equipment pre-checks and event quality control

Assist customers with Audio/Video Conferencing, Touch Panels, and deskside Unified Communications issues

Communicate effectively with team members and customers, contributing new ideas and process improvements

Perform preventative maintenance on UC equipment to ensure full functionality of Polycom, Crestron, and Win10 endpoints

Troubleshoot projectors/screens and replace projector lamps as needed; coordinate vendor RMAs

Identify root-cause incidents, document key details, and expedite issue resolution with vendors

Coordinate incident resolution end-to-end and escalate appropriately for visibility

Apply strong knowledge of Unified Communications and Deskside Support within IT-focused solutions

Proactively monitor endpoints and escalate to appropriate site owners as needed

Required

5+ years of IT experience in hardware and software support within corporate environments

Strong experience troubleshooting AV equipment, including Polycom and Crestron, in conference room setups

Excellent customer service skills, detail-oriented, and adaptable to high-energy environments

Proficiency in audio signal flows

Experience with ServiceNow or similar helpdesk platforms

Team-oriented, collaborative, and effective in fast-paced environments

Preferred

AV console programming experience is a plus

PowerShell scripting is a plus
