Have accurate knowledge of the museum so that one can navigate, give tours and troubleshoot onsite

Interact and actively engage with event attendees in a professional, courteous, and lively
Ability to work collaboratively with vendors and individuals across departments
Ability to handle a fast-paced environment
Willingness to work with people of all ages, including small children
Ability to follow instructions and work with minimal supervision

Qualification
Required
Minimum of a HS Diploma or GED
Minimum of 1-2 years of customer service experience
