Atrium is a people-centric organization that values collaboration and innovation, and they are seeking a Retail Recruiter for a global luxury fashion house. The Retail Recruiter will manage full-cycle recruitment for in-store retail positions and work closely with store leadership and corporate stakeholders during a period of growth.

Responsibilities
Manage full-cycle recruitment for retail roles including store associates, visual associates, and store managers
Proactively source and build talent pipelines using LinkedIn, email outreach, and creative sourcing strategies
Partner closely with store leaders and corporate stakeholders, providing market insights and hiring trend updates
Schedule and manage interviews, offers, and candidate communications independently
Deliver a high-touch, white-glove candidate experience with timely feedback and follow-up
Anticipate future hiring needs related to store openings, maternity leaves, and growth initiatives
Operate effectively in a lean, fast-paced environment while balancing multiple priorities
Utilize an applicant tracking system to manage recruitment activity and reporting
Qualification
Required
2 - 3 years of recruiting experience within fashion or retail environments
Strong time management, organizational, and communication skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple requisitions simultaneously
Proven experience sourcing candidates and building pipelines proactively
Comfort working in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment
Strong candidate relationship management skills with exceptional attention to detail
Bachelor's degree preferred
Preferred
Luxury fashion or luxury retail recruiting experience
Knowledge of the competitive luxury retail landscape
Experience recruiting for multi-location retail environments
Familiarity with ATS platforms such as Talent Attract, iCIMS, Greenhouse, or similar systems
