5+ years expInch & Co. Construction is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead commercial and multi-family construction projects. This role is responsible for owning the overall success of each project, ensuring work is delivered on time, on budget, and to company standards.

Responsibilities
Lead, coordinate, and maintain accountability across all phases of construction
Manage project schedules, budgets, and cost tracking
Issue and administer subcontracts, change orders, and purchase orders
Maintain accurate project records using Knowify, Microsoft Project, etc
Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications
Provide regular project updates to leadership
Coordinate closely with field superintendent on sequencing and logistics
Communicate effectively with architects, engineers, and consultants
Manage evolving project details and drive items to completion as needed
Qualification
Required
5+ years of construction project management experience
Strong knowledge of construction documents and project coordination
Proven leadership and organizational skills
Proficiency with construction management software
Proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
Preferred
Commercial or multi-family experience preferred
