They are seeking a Creative Director, Copy to lead the creative vision for a major global partner in the CPG space, transforming briefs into impactful campaigns and mentoring a team of copywriters.

Responsibilities
Lead the conceptualization and execution of innovative, integrated campaigns from brief to final production across all channels, including film, digital, and social media
Develop and champion a distinct and compelling brand voice, with a proven talent for comedic writing and engaging storytelling
Drive the creation of proactive, social-first ideas that capture consumer attention, generate conversation, and build brand affinity
Collaborate closely with strategy, account, and production partners to ensure creative work is strategically sound, on-brand, and flawlessly executed
Present and sell creative concepts to senior clients, building trust and fostering a partnership built on a shared ambition for excellence
Mentor and guide a team of copywriters, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages creative risk-taking and professional growth
Qualification
Required
Extensive experience in a creative leadership role with a strong portfolio of work, demonstrating strategic and conceptual thinking
Significant experience with major CPG (Consumer Packaged Goods) brands is essential
Demonstrated expertise in comedic writing and creating engaging, social-first campaigns
Deep knowledge of the film and content production process from start to finish
A proactive and ambitious mindset with a passion for making new, innovative work
Preferred
A portfolio that includes award-winning or highly recognized creative work is a strong plus
