Litigation Legal Assistant
Diamond Personnel is an AmLaw 200 law firm located in Naples, FL, seeking a Litigation Legal Assistant. The role involves supporting attorneys with case management, document production, and maintaining electronic records.
Responsibilities
Support attorneys in connection with all aspects of case management and document production, heavy document editing, proofreading and finalizing legal documents in Microsoft Word
E-filing in state, federal and appellate courts
Maintain attorney calendars, schedule meetings and conferences, enter billable time and process expense reports
Update electronic records, upload documents, and run reports
Possess strong skills using all of Microsoft’s Office tools
Maintain and organize case files, organize paper and electronic documents for use in depositions or trials
Handle other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Minimum 3-5 years of legal experience
Exceptional technical skills required including knowledge of MS Word, MS Outlook, Adobe Professional, iManage, Legal Tracker and electronic document management
Ideal candidate will have strong organizational, communication and client service skills
Ability to switch gears and self-manage multiple, competing expectations with little to no supervision
Must be a team player with strong communication skills and a solid work ethic
Must be detailed-oriented
Excellent grammar and spelling skills are essential
Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment are essential
Position requires in-office presence, 5 days per week. This is not a remote work position

Commercial Litigation experience preferred
