Responsibilities
Accounts receivable cash receipts applications and accounts receivable reporting including work in process reporting
Assist in vendor set up and maintenance and follow up
Assist in fiscal period close activity and reporting for SOX controls
Maintain a high level of professionalism and integrity while proactively communicating with field and corporate staff regarding questions, concerns, missing information or variances
Compile and quality control information for internal and external auditors as required
Perform other related duties and projects as business needs require at the direction of management
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent
Understanding of GAAP and SOX controls
Strong understanding of cost accounting and how it relates to financial reporting
Proficiency in Microsoft and Google applications
Successful experience working alone in a remote environment
Must be self-motivated and have excellent communication and writing skills
A high acumen for detail and accuracy
Three years of accounting experience
Preferred
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
Experience with ERP systems (SAP S/4 Hana)
