Responsibilities

Providing onsite, front line support to both the employees and the client, ensuring excellence in delivery for a client that has a global reach

Managing and executing strategies to drive employee and client engagement, acting as the guardian of the customer’s processes and contracts while continuously seeking opportunities for improvement across the account

Attracting and assessing (screening and interviewing) prospects and candidates, partnering with managers to ensure client hiring needs are met

Full life cycle recruiting including handling pre-employment screens for a variety of positions across multiple levels and geographic markets

Attracting, sourcing and interviewing passive prospects and active applicants through job boards and Kelly’s applicant tracking system (Bullhorn)

Keeping on top of payroll issues and working with other departments to ensure all employees are paid in a timely manner

Required

Excellent customer service experience

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Providing onsite, front line support to both the employees and the client

Proven ability to effectively engage customers through regular and proactive communication

Proficiency in knowing and leveraging industry trends and best practices

Results oriented, with high attention to detail in a constantly evolving environment

Strong technical acumen using Microsoft products such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

Minimum of 2+ years of staffing experience required, preferably working within a manufacturing environment
