Responsibilities

Architect and lead IDMC-based data integration workflows
Oversee sprint planning, backlog grooming, and delivery tracking
Collaborate with stakeholders to define data strategy and integration goals
Implement CI/CD pipelines for IDMC assets using Git, Jenkins
Ensure platform stability, agent failover, and secure configurations

Required

8+ years in data engineering, including 3+ years in IDMC (data integration)
Strong SQL, PowerCenter, and ETL architecture experience
Hands-on with S3, Snowflake, RDS and cloud platforms (AWS)
Proven leadership in Agile environments
Experience in CI/CD automation and deployment of data integration workflows
