Responsibilities
Architect Workday Financials solutions (Core Financials, Banking & Settlements, Accounting Center, Revenue Management, Grants, Procure-to-Pay, Projects) with seamless module integration
Conduct requirements analysis, gap assessments, and solution design; collaborate with vendors on integrations via Studio, EIB, APIs, and Prism Analytics
Lead ERP migrations (e.g., PeopleSoft to Workday), optimize grants processes (Pre-/Post-Award, Effort Certification), and implement Extend apps for gaps
Ensure US GAAP/federal grant compliance; design security, FDM structures, workflows (e.g., Payroll Reconciliation, Revenue Recognition), and advanced reporting/dashboards
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 15+ years in ERP implementations, with 10+ years dedicated to Workday Financials solutions
Active Workday Financials certifications (Core Financials, Revenue Management, Grants, Accounting Center, Contracts-to-Cash) valid through 2025 R1
10+ years ERP implementations; 7+ years Workday Financials in multi-tenant environments
5+ years architecting Financials solutions with business alignment and integrations
