Responsibilities

Coordinate the creation and delivery of various marketing campaigns across global markets

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful execution of marketing strategies

Manage and maintain HubSpot for email templates, workflows, and standard work processes

Track and analyze campaign performance metrics to optimize future marketing efforts

Generate detailed and insightful reports on campaign performance and key metrics

Assist in social media posting and engagement to strengthen brand presence

Organize and manage digital and physical marketing assets, including files, images, and content

Keep the company intranet organized and updated with the latest marketing information

Identify opportunities for streamlining processes and improving workflow efficiency within the marketing department

Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to drive continuous improvement

Required

Bachelor's degree or 2+ years of relevant work experience in lieu of education

Minimum 1+ year of working experience within Marketing or Communications department

Must reside within a commutable distance to Brea, CA. This is not a remote opportunity

Ability to work an early shift (starting at 6:00 AM PT) to support global marketing operations

Experience within the dental or medical field is an advantage

Experience in project management with cross-functional teams

Strong problem solving and relationship management skills

Very strong organizational and analytical skills with high attention to detail

Strategic mindset and structured personality with a proactive approach to tasks and projects

Strong communication and presentation skills

Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within the parameters of established instructions, prescribed routines and company accepted best practices

Strong computer skills with expertise in Microsoft Windows Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Teams
