2026 Summer Corporate Intern - Information Technology

Responsibilities
Assist in the development, testing, and implementation of IT solutions
Support IT team with troubleshooting and resolving technical issues
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand and document business requirements
Participate in the maintenance and upgrade of IT systems and infrastructure
Conduct research on emerging technologies and provide recommendations
Help in the creation of technical documentation and user guides
Perform data analysis and generate reports to support decision-making
Qualification
Required
Must be enrolled full-time at a 4-year accredited university/college in one of the following fields of study: Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Management Information Systems, Cybersecurity, Data Analytics or any technical related degree at the time of application and throughout the program
Must have 15 completed semester hours before the start of the internship. If a transfer student, must have 12 semester hours completed at a 4-year university
Minimum 3.0/4.0 Cumulative Grade Point Average (no rounding) at current institution
Must be able to relocate at indicated work location for the duration of the internship and complete daily work commute using reliable transportation
Knowledge of one or more programming languages such as Java, Python, C++, or JavaScript
Understanding of software development principles and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum)
Familiarity with various operating systems like Windows, Linux, and macOS
Basic knowledge of SQL and database management systems (e.g., MySQL, Oracle, SQL Server)
Understanding of basic networking concepts, such as TCP/IP, DNS, and network protocols
Experience with web development technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and cloud services
Organize and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ability to quickly gain, and effectively apply new skills & knowledge
Success in collaborating with others of diverse cultures, interpersonal styles, and abilities
Strong written, and verbal communication skills
Participate in, and build on our inclusive, constructive, and productive work environment
Preferred
Demonstrated leadership that requires organizing or working with groups
Experience in project work
Relevant internship or work experience
Excellent written and verbal communications skills; PowerPoint, Word and Excel skills well-developed
Ability to effectively articulate and summarize analytical data for leadership
