Mid, Senior LevelHeartCentrix Solutions is seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer to design, build, and maintain scalable Salesforce solutions that support business operations and strategic initiatives. This role requires a strong technical foundation in Salesforce development, integrations, and administration, as well as the ability to collaborate in an agile environment and mentor junior team members.

Responsibilities
Design, develop, test, and deploy custom Salesforce solutions using best practices
Build and maintain integrations between Salesforce and external systems using APIs
Support and enhance Salesforce functionality through configuration, customization, and administration
Participate in agile development processes, including sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives
Provide technical guidance, training, and mentorship to team members
Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, product owners, and cross-functional teams to translate requirements into effective technical solutions
Ensure code quality, scalability, and security through proper documentation, testing, and version control
Qualification
Required
Proven experience as a Salesforce Developer in a production environment
Hands-on experience developing and consuming APIs for system integrations
Experience working within agile development methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, or similar)
Strong understanding of Salesforce Administration, including configuration, user management, security, and reporting
Demonstrated ability to train, mentor, and support other team members
Preferred
Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer I and/or Platform Developer II
Experience with one or more of the following tools or technologies: Power BI, JIRA, OmniScripts / Vlocity, MuleSoft, GitHub or similar source control repositories
