Responsibilities
Assist project managers in the planning and coordination of projects
Maintain project documentation, including schedules and status reports
Communicate with team members to ensure alignment of project goals and timelines
Organize and schedule project meetings, including preparing agendas and taking minutes
Track project deliverables and timelines to ensure adherence to deadlines
Support resource allocation by tracking project resources and budgets
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in business, management, or a related field
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills
