Responsibilities

Administer the process of reviewing the submitted Agent of Record change forms to determine if the form/s should be processed or forwarded to be further investigated

The employee is responsible for the investigation of the form to validate the information received and have the ability to deny or approve as needed

Research and analyze complex commission issues in determining if a Broker should be paid commissions

Responsible for authorizing the Broker to be paid or not paid based on their evaluation

Serves as a subject matter expert for the assigned function to ensure operational performance

Diagnose problems and identify opportunities for process improvements

Create and update department policies and procedures

Performs other duties as assigned

Complies with all policies and standards
