Responsibilities
Lead, train, and support a team of care coaches in their daily responsibilities
Foster a positive and collaborative team culture that emphasizes open communication, respect, and mutual support
Ensure care coaches are meeting performance metrics and delivering high-quality, client-centered care
Conduct regular team meetings and 1:1s to provide ongoing feedback and support
Support the continuous improvement of programs by reviewing care coach performance, client outcomes, and feedback to identify areas for growth
Assist in the onboarding and ongoing training of new care coaches
Qualification
Required
Minimum 2 years working experience in a Crisis position as a Supervisor
Available evenings (until 9p MST) and Saturdays
Prior management experience
Experience in a KPI driven environment
Preferred
Clinical background or licensure a plus
