They are seeking a Landscape Technician to focus on fueling, maintenance of on-site equipment, and landscaping responsibilities to maintain clean and functional outdoor environments.

Responsibilities

Fuel various types of on-site equipment (e.g., generators, mowers, trimmers, utility vehicles) safely and in accordance with company procedures and environmental regulations

Perform daily inspections of fueling stations and storage tanks

Maintain fuel logs and consumption records accurately

Conduct basic preventative maintenance and routine safety checks on landscaping and small engine equipment

Report any mechanical issues or potential hazards to THS Management

Maintain outdoor spaces including lawn care, trimming, edging, pruning, and debris removal

Operate landscaping equipment such as mowers, blowers, trimmers, and other power tools

Ensure grounds are free of litter, obstructions, and potential safety hazards

Assist with general outdoor repairs, signage upkeep, and minor construction tasks as needed

Required

Education: High school diploma or GED required

Experience: A minimum of five (2) years of experience in groundskeeping; or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience. Experience using a variety of power tools, hand tools, and ground maintenance tools

Certifications: Continued employment is subject to maintaining all required licenses and certificates in active status without suspension or revocation

Soft Skills: Strong communication, team building, problem-solving, adaptability, and time management skills
