Compass Health Center is a recognized leader in crisis-level mental health, providing patient-centered care in the Partial Hospitalization and Intensive Outpatient space. As an Adult Primary Clinical Therapist, you will develop and implement individualized treatment plans, conduct therapy sessions, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care for patients aged 18 and older.

Responsibilities

Complete intake evaluations as needed to determine diagnosis and appropriateness of program

Create and update treatment plans

Meet with patients individually to assess progress and guide treatment planning

Coordinate care with patients’ individual providers to ensure continuity of care

Assess patients’ progress and need for higher level of care or discharge

Communicate with patients’ family members or support system when indicated

Chart in our electronic medical records system

Engage in crisis management as part of a treatment team

Participate in professional development activities

Provide group and family therapy, as needed

Other duties, as needed

Qualification

Required

Are a Psychologist or Master's level therapist with clinical license

Have knowledge and experience utilizing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), as well as other evidenced-based therapies

Preferred

2+ years clinical work experience post-Master's (strongly preferred)

Have experience with patients in crisis, ideally prior experience working in partial hospitalization, intensive outpatient, inpatient hospital, or residential setting
