Facilities Administrative Assistant

Variety Wholesalers, Inc. is looking for a Facilities Coordinator to join our Team! The Facilities Coordinator position performs a variety of facilities and maintenance related issues, ensuring timely responses to stores' requests and providing administrative support to leadership.

Responsibilities

Ensure timely responses to stores request for facilities needs
Operate within budget guidelines
Maintain physical and electronic filing-systems
Coordinate routine maintenance in a cross departmental capacity
Cultivate existing and new vendor relationships to ensure necessary services are provided for stores
Provide administrative support to leadership and assist with daily office needs
Provide regular progress reports and updates to leadership
Complete special projects as assigned

Qualification

MS Office SuiteTime managementOrganizational skillsCommunication skillsTeamwork

Required

Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
Flexible and able to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple changing priorities
Must be able to work in a team environment

Preferred

1-2 years of related experience
